Our Story
Together, donors to diversity, equity and inclusion will support existing, impactful programs and help launch innovative ideas for years to come.
Make a difference for students, faculty and staff now and in the future by giving today to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across OSU or in the college of your choice:
- The Office of Institutional Diversity plans, leads and implements, in collaboration with university partners, institutional change, actions and initiatives to advance diversity, equity and inclusion throughout all facets of Oregon State University. Through diversity education, community diversity relations and priority initiatives, the Office of Institutional Diversity advances more rapid progress towards Oregon State’s highest aspirations for inclusive excellence.
- OSU’s Diversity Achievement Scholarship is awarded to new freshmen, new transfers and continuing juniors and seniors who are actively working to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. Recipients are selected based on their current and past activities that promote and support diversity on their campuses and/or in their communities, as well as their potential to contribute toward building a more diverse campus community at OSU.
Gifts to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the college of your choice will support priorities such as scholarships and student support, recruitment and retention of faculty and staff skilled at mentoring all students, and programs and projects that foster inclusive excellence at Oregon State University.
Thanks to a challenge from Jon '85, Hon. '11 & Stephanie DeVaan, you can increase your impact on OSU students through the Office of Institutional Diversity by making a gift today. Starting 01/13/21, when the University Wide DEI Fund receives 25 additional gifts, $2,500 will be added on top of your generous donations
